Governance, Risk & Compliance Manager, CRM System Manager

Responsibilities

• You hold overall strategic responsibility for Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) topics at DB/M and ensure that regulatory and legal requirements related to data protection, antitrust, due diligence and sponsorship are identified early and integrated effectively.
• You develop and manage international training and enablement concepts for the entire sales organization at Daimler Buses to anchor GRC-relevant content in day‑to‑day business in a clear, practical and sustainable way.
• You actively shape the strategic direction and further development of the company‑wide CRM system, with particular responsibility for integrating GRC‑relevant requirements.
• You coordinate cross‑functional projects in the CRM and GRC space, define clear target states and work packages, and commission and manage external service providers according to defined quality, time and outcome objectives.
• You support validations, tests and pilot phases of projects to ensure quality and market readiness, evaluate results and derive clear decision‑making and action recommendations for management.

Requirements

• Degree in Business Administration, Business Informatics or a comparable field.
• Experience in planning and managing complex international projects, particularly in a GRC context.
• Strong conceptual skills, analytical and strategic thinking, as well as a structured, goal‑oriented working style and good organizational skills.
• Excellent German and English language skills, both written and spoken (business fluent).
