【Graduate Opportunity】 Xiaomi EV - Supply Chain Planning Specialist

We are looking for a Supply Chain Planning Specialist to support supply and production planning activities within our automotive business in Europe. In this role, you will work closely with sales, production, procurement, warehousing, and suppliers to support production planning, material availability, and inventory management.

This is an early-career opportunity for graduates who are interested in automotive supply chain, production planning, material management, and operations.

1. Production & Supply Planning Support

• Collect and consolidate sales forecasts, production requirements, and relevant planning inputs.
• Support the preparation of weekly and monthly production plans.
• Assist with Material Requirements Planning (MRP) and related planning activities.
• Maintain and update planning data to support accurate supply and production decisions.

2. Material & Inventory Tracking

• Monitor the delivery status of key components and track material availability against production requirements.
• Monitor safety stock levels and identify potential material shortage risks.
• Provide timely alerts and follow up on potential supply risks with relevant stakeholders.

3. Inventory Analysis & Optimization

• Support the analysis of slow-moving and excess inventory.
• Monitor inventory turnover and other relevant inventory indicators.
• Participate in inventory audits and support inventory optimization initiatives.
• Provide data and analysis to support improvements in inventory structure and efficiency.

4. Supplier Delivery Coordination

• Support communication with component suppliers regarding order confirmations and delivery schedules.
• Track supplier delivery plans and follow up on execution against agreed schedules.
• Support the collection and analysis of basic supplier delivery performance data.
• Escalate potential delivery risks and coordinate with relevant internal teams when required.

1.Education

• Bachelor's degree or above in Supply Chain Management, Logistics Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
• Open to candidates who have recently graduated or are completing their studies and are available to start in 2026 or 2027.

2.Skills & Knowledge

• Strong logical and analytical thinking skills, with good numerical awareness.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with data analysis.
• Basic understanding of MRP, ERP, production planning, and supply chain principles .
• Familiarity with supply chain planning systems or tools is a plus.
• Strong analytical and forecasting capabilities, with a high sensitivity to changes in operational data.
• Good risk awareness and ability to identify potential supply issues proactively.
• Able to remain calm and structured when handling unexpected supply or material shortage situations.
• Strong communication and coordination skills, with the ability to work effectively across procurement, production, warehousing, logistics, and other functions.
• Strong sense of ownership, execution, and follow-through.
• Willingness to learn and develop in a dynamic international environment.
• Gain hands‑on experience in automotive supply chain and production planning.
• Develop practical knowledge of MRP, inventory management, supplier coordination, and production planning .
• Work closely with multiple functions across the automotive value chain.
• Gain exposure to the development and scaling of Xiaomi EV's European operations.
