What Can You Expect?

• Career Path: Start with a permanent contract from day one. Over 12 months, experience two rotations across departments and transition into a landing role where you can continue to grow.

Who Are We Looking For?

• You have graduated within the past 12 months or will graduate within the next 6 months with a master’s degree in Engineering, STEM disciplines, Economics, Business, Law, or related fields, and are available to work full‑time.
• You are fluent in English and German.
• You bring international experience, whether through study, work abroad, or collaboration in a global environment.
• You are a career starter with no more than one year of professional experience.
• You have the legal right to work in Germany (e.g., residency, visa).
• You are committed, curious, and eager to take ownership of projects while thriving in a team environment.
• You see formal training as just the beginning and aim to make a difference in everything you do.
