Graphic Design & Communications

Responsibilities

• You design our brand family — from social media posts and presentations to print products and campaign materials.
• You develop campaign concepts and translate them into visual designs.
• You produce content for our channels (Instagram, LinkedIn & others) — from Reels to carousel posts.
• You write clear, engaging, and concise copy — for newsletters, the website, partner communications, and social media.
• You coordinate with external service providers — printers, photographers, studios.

Requirements

• A design qualification or a degree in communication design / media design / marketing — or you’re a career changer with a strong portfolio.
• Mindset matters more than formal credentials.
• Confident working with Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) and/or Figma, Canva.
• A good eye for typography, color, and composition.
• You immediately spot when something isn’t right.
• Some experience with social‑media content, video editing, or motion design is a strong plus.
• You can write — not at a literary level, but well enough to make people want to keep reading.
• You work independently, think proactively, and contribute your own ideas.
• You enjoy a fast‑paced, varied, and sometimes chaotic environment — but never boring.
