Job Description

• Collaborate closely with cross‑functional Marketing teams to understand campaign objectives and translate them into high‑quality visual concepts and deliverables.
• Develop on‑brand visual content for a wide range of formats: social media assets, banners, flyers, posters, email creatives, and more.
• Uphold and evolve the brand identity across all creative materials, ensuring consistency while fostering visual innovation.
• Design for both digital and print channels, thoughtfully balancing layout, typography, and storytelling.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, delivering on tight deadlines with exceptional attention to detail.
• Prepare files for both print and digital production, safeguarding high‑quality and timely output.

Qualifications

• 3 years of professional experience in graphic design, ideally within a fast‑paced marketing or creative environment.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Knowledge of Figma is a plus.
• Demonstrated mastery in brand development and application of brand guidelines.
• Strong command of visual layout, typography, and visual storytelling.
• Experience designing for digital (social media, banners, email) and print (flyers, posters, brochures).
• Impeccable attention to detail, creativity, adaptability, and ability to multitask.
• Excellent time management skills and a proven track record of meeting deadlines.
• Exceptional collaboration and communication skills; comfortable working with multiple teams and stakeholders.
• (Nice to have) Experience with motion graphics and basic video editing like After Effects.
• Fluent in English; additional European languages are a plus.

Additional Information

• Nice‑to‑have Experience with corporate guidelines.
• Experience with Marketing, CRM, Brand, Social Media, and Local Marketing teams.
• Basic understanding of corporate reporting standards.
