MÄHREN Holding is an owner-managed real estate investment company based in Berlin. It supports real estate investments across the entire value chain, from acquisition and financing through project development to marketing and sales. AI already supports central business processes and is an integral part of its operations.

Задачи

• Design exposés, brochures, presentations, and sales materials for real estate sales;
• Develop and maintain content for social media channels;
• Further develop and consistently implement the corporate design across all touchpoints;
• Edit and retouch real estate and property photos;
• Use and develop AI-supported workflows for content, video, and image generation;
• Design website and digital graphics in coordination with the digital team;
• Create and maintain templates, including PowerPoint and exposé templates and signage;
• Collaborate closely with marketing, sales, and management.

Требования

• Completed degree or vocational training in graphic design, communication design, or a comparable field;
• Relevant professional experience as a Graphic Designer in marketing or an agency;
• Confident use of Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator;
• Practical experience with AI-supported design tools such as Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, ChatGPT, or Claude;
• Active use of AI in the design workflow;
• Strong sense of visual language, typography, and aesthetics;
• Independent and structured working style;
• Creativity combined with attention to detail and deadlines;
• Strong communication and teamwork skills;
• Strong interest in AI tools and their productive use in everyday design work;
• German at a near-native level (C2);
• Nice to have: Knowledge of Figma, Canva, or comparable tools.
