Graphic Designer m/f/d Marketing & Pre-Press/Layout

FLYERALARM is a printing partner, marketing expert, and e-commerce company all in one. With our products and services, we help businesses increase their visibility and successfully promote their brands. For our Italian team in Milan, we are looking for a Graphic Designer (m/f/d) who enjoys turning creative ideas into impactful visual solutions.

Responsibilities

• In this role, you will work closely with our marketing team and create designs for a wide range of channels – from social media and newsletters to online campaigns and high-quality print products.
• You will support the creation and adaptation of graphic materials for both online and offline marketing activities, transforming briefs and business objectives into clear, engaging, and results-driven visual solutions.
• Your work ensures that creative concepts not only look great but also perform across different formats, languages, and channels.
• You will adapt existing materials for various audiences and platforms, support the creation of digital content such as short videos and animated formats, and help keep creative assets, templates, and source files well organized.
• We are looking for a creative, precise, and proactive person who is interested in new digital tools, AI-supported workflows, and modern approaches to multi-channel content creation.

Qualifications

• You have a degree or professional training in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field and/or at least 2–3 years of professional experience
• You are highly proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud, especially Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
• You have a solid understanding of marketing design, typography, visual hierarchy, and brand consistency
• You are familiar with professional print and pre-press processes, including file preparation, PDF workflows, color management, bleed settings, image resolution requirements, overprint settings, Pantone color management, and quality control
• You have experience creating assets for both digital and print channels
• You have a basic understanding of video editing or motion design and are interested in creating simple animated or video-based content
• You are interested in new digital tools and AI-powered creative workflows and ideally have already worked with tools such as Adobe Firefly, Photoshop Generative Fill, ChatGPT, Midjourney, Runway, or similar platforms
• Experience with Figma, Canva, or comparable tools is a plus
• You are a native Italian speaker (or equivalent) and have strong English skills (minimum B2)
• You work in a structured, independent, and detail-oriented way
• You are a proactive team player who enjoys contributing ideas and collaborating with others
