Polestar is seeking a Group Category Manager – Digital to lead procurement strategies, optimize supplier performance, and create sustainable value across its digital procurement landscape.

Based at Polestar HQ in Gothenburg, Sweden, the role operates in a hybrid work model.

Responsibilities

• Develop category roadmaps for indirect goods and services.
• Lead category planning and strategic assessments.
• Drive cost optimization initiatives.
• Build and maintain stakeholder relationships.
• Lead and develop a procurement team.
• Provide insights to senior leadership through spend analysis, contract management, and supplier exploration.
• Guide procurement initiatives through sourcing activities.

Qualifications

• University degree, preferably a Master’s.
• 10+ years of experience, including leadership roles.
• Extensive category management and digital procurement expertise.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
