Group Finance Director (m/f/d)

In this role you own the core group reporting function and drive the finance operating model as the business expands across 11 countries. You lead and scale finance processes, ensure reliable group, investor, and banking reports, and shape intercompany and tax planning efforts. You build and develop high-performing accounting and controlling teams and act with CFO backing to resolve issues and drive strategic finance initiatives. You will sit at the heart of our finance function, delivering high-visibility impact across the group.

• Own group management reporting, investor reporting, and bank/covenant reporting for the group.
• Scale and standardize finance processes across 11 countries, establishing coordination routines and accountability.
• Contribute to group structuring, intercompany frameworks, tax planning, and strategic finance projects.
• Build and develop strong accounting and controlling teams.
• Handle finance requests, escalations, and projects with mandate and CFO backing.

• 5–10 years of finance experience, including at least 3 years of direct people leadership
• Proven experience in an international group structure with consolidated reporting
• Operational-excellence mindset focused on processes, structures, and accountability
• Strong command of the numbers with proactive anomaly detection
• Structured, process-oriented leadership style
• Decision-maker-level communication with internal and external stakeholders (CFO, country GMs, banks, auditors)
• Bias for independent decisions in the operational area
