In this role, you will…

Own integrated media strategies – from strategic concept to excellent execution across all relevant channels.
Drive full-funnel growth by intelligently connecting branding and performance and scaling strategies across online and offline channels – from TV to e-commerce.
Act as a strategic challenger and thought leader: You question existing approaches, drive innovation forward, and continuously elevate the quality of our solutions for clients and teams.
Serve as the key advisor to an innovative, dynamically growing multi-market client (market leader in sports nutrition & supplements) and deliver real business impact.
Take on end-to-end responsibility: You ensure we deliver our best work for every brief, manage projects, and orchestrate agencies and partners.
Lead, develop, and empower a team – both professionally and personally – and establish clear quality and performance standards.
Think measurement strategically: You work with the team to develop client-specific measurement frameworks and derive well-founded insights.

What do you need to get started with us?

Several years of experience in media planning/consulting (approx. 4+ years), ideally from a media agency, with clear strategic depth and consulting expertise.
A pronounced passion for media strategy – from contact class optimization to complex DSP setups and cross-channel orchestration.
Strategic, analytical thinking, excellent language skills, and confident presentation abilities.
Excellent English proficiency in spoken and written form.
High personal responsibility, an entrepreneurial mindset, and proven first leadership experience.
