Groups and Events Manager (m/f/d)

Tasks:

• Acceptance and processing of written and telephone group enquiries
• Processing event enquiries and preparing offers and contracts
• Detailed arrangements and support for corporate clients
• Process‑compliant handover of event preparation and support to the hotels
• Handover to the resorts after conclusion of the event contract
• Creation of function sheets
• Internal communication of all event‑related details
• Supporting the hotels with event realisation if required
• Close cooperation and coordination of prices with revenue management to ensure optimum capacity utilisation and profit maximisation

You bring with you:

• Completed training as a hotel specialist, event manager or similar, alternatively comparable qualification
• Professional experience in a comparable position in the event industry
• Experience and knowledge of the hotel software protel
• Very good communication skills and knowledge of human nature
• Very good knowledge of German and English
