What will you do: We are looking for a Growth Conversion Manager to own A/B testing and personalization across HiBob’s localized websites and support key organic and lifecycle initiatives. You will focus on improving lead generation and funnel progression by creating relevant, high‑performing experiences for global audiences. Working closely with the SEO, Lifecycle, Localization, and Regional Marketing teams, you’ll ensure experiments align with regional needs and broader growth goals.
What you will own and manage: Owning CRO tools such as chatbots, overlays, and product tours, you’ll design, test, and optimize pop‑ups, chatbot flows, and interactive demos to increase engagement and conversions. You’ll use data and experimentation to identify opportunities, scale successful learnings, and continuously improve the user experience across markets while maintaining a thoughtful balance between speed, quality, and impact.
