Growth Engineer Berlin

Mitte is looking for Growth Engineer to join full-time. We're building the agentic OS for creative teams, recently raised from Afore Capital, Looking Glass Capital, and angels including founders of Superhuman, Zalando, Fal, and n8n.

In this role you'll design and ship experiments that drive user acquisition, activation, and retention. You'll work closely with our founding team to build data-informed features that move our key metrics — all while staying true to our visual language and brand. You own the loop end to end: form a hypothesis, build it, measure it, and turn what works into something that compounds.

• Experiment — design and run rapid A/B tests across onboarding, activation, and retention
• Build — ship growth features end to end, from the CSS on a landing page to the queries behind the funnel
• Measure — instrument everything, read the data, and let it decide what ships next
• Partner — work shoulder to shoulder with product and design to move the metrics that matter

About you:

• Obsessed with creative tools — proficient in at least three, or you've built one yourself
• Extensive experience with quick iteration and A/B testing of growth strategies and features
• Familiar with PostHog or a similar quantitative user-tracking tool
• Comfortable across the whole stack — no trouble context-switching from editing CSS to tuning database queries
• 5+ years of experience
• High autonomy, ships daily, comfortable with ambiguity
