Growth & marketing manager for men's sexual health

We are looking for a Growth & Marketing Manager to play a key operational role in our marketing, combining creative thinking with analytical understanding and turning ideas into campaigns, tests, and results.

Задачи:

• Develop and implement marketing campaigns: Plan and deliver cross‑channel marketing activities, develop creative approaches, and guide campaigns from the initial idea through to evaluating their success.
• Explore new growth channels: Identify new ways to reach our target audience, research potential, develop initial tests, and help systematically scale successful approaches.
• Advance ambassador marketing and partnerships: Develop our ambassador program, research and recruit suitable partners, manage partnerships, and ensure that relationships lead to measurable marketing activities.
• Help shape content and creatives: Develop topics, hooks, copy, and campaign ideas, create briefs, and work with our content producers on materials for different platforms and marketing channels.
• Manage CRM and email marketing: Implement newsletters and campaigns, develop segmentation and reactivation approaches, and help target existing contacts more effectively.
• Analyze and optimize marketing performance: Monitor relevant KPIs, analyze campaigns, content, and funnels, identify areas for improvement, and derive concrete actions from them.
• Develop websites and landing pages: Make smaller adjustments to our digital offerings and support tests and optimization. If you need to learn a new tool such as WordPress to do this, you will learn it independently.
• Coordinate marketing projects and partners: Keep ongoing projects on track, coordinate internal and external stakeholders, and ensure that tasks are completed reliably and on time.
• Use AI and automation effectively: Use modern AI tools for research, content, analysis, and operational tasks, and develop ideas for continuously improving our marketing processes.

• You have already gained practical experience in digital marketing and ideally have independently implemented campaigns or projects.
• You think both creatively and analytically and enjoy switching between different tasks.
• You have a strong hands‑on mentality and prefer taking action to discussing possibilities at length.
• You are curious, learn quickly, and can independently acquire new tools, platform knowledge, or skills.
• You are not deterred by unfamiliar challenges and have the courage to try new things.
• You understand marketing metrics and can draw meaningful conclusions from results.
• You work in a structured and reliable way, can set priorities, and keep track of things even when several projects are running in parallel.
• You already use AI actively or are motivated to integrate it into your daily work quickly and effectively.
• You communicate very well in German and have a feel for persuasive copy and communication tailored to the target audience.
• You want to take responsibility and are excited to grow together with us.
