GSEC Process, Tooling & Data Analytics Specialist (m/f/d)

In this role you improve Global GSEC and support-related processes and tooling, driving standardization and governance. You own tooling concepts for Jira, Confluence, dashboards and reports, turning data into actionable insights. You collaborate cross-functionally to ensureProduct Support readiness in NPI and across manufacturing, R&D and quality. You will lead data analytics to identify bottlenecks and opportunities, and help automate andAI-enhance knowledge retrieval and efficiency. • Analyze and continuously improve global GSEC and support-related processes, workflows and interfaces
• Develop pragmatic process standards, templates, and governance materials for global adoption
• Own tooling concepts for Jira, Confluence, dashboards, reporting solutions and other collaboration platforms
• Build and maintain KPI structures, dashboards and recurring reports for actionable insights
• Perform data analysis to identify trends, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities
• Support automation, digitalization and AI-enabled initiatives to boost transparency and efficiency
• Translate stakeholder needs into tool requirements, user stories, and improvement backlogs
• Represent Product Support tooling requirements in cross-functional projects, especially during NPI planning and readiness reviews
• Facilitate cross-functional workshops and improvement activities with Product Support, Field Service, R&D, Quality and Manufacturing
• Ensure processes and tools address real operational problems, not just technical support
• Support the NPI phase by participating in cross-functional meetings and ensuring readiness needs are considered
• Contribute to knowledge-management concepts to improve lessons learned and best practices accessibility

• Degree in industrial engineering, business administration, computer science, information systems, or data analytics
• Experience in process management, business analysis, operations excellence, service management or project management
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to structure complex information and communicate insights
• Hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence or similar platforms
• Understanding of KPI definition, data quality, reporting logic and dashboard governance
• Ability to work with operational data sets and derive practical recommendations
• Excellent communication, moderation and stakeholder-management skills in international environments
• Good technical understanding of support or engineering workflows; deep product knowledge helpful but not mandatory
• Experience in cross-functional engineering, NPI, readiness or launch meetings and translating requirements into actions
• Fluent English; German or Japanese a plus
