GTM Strategy and Sales Operations specialist (EMEA region)

Sales Operations Analyst (EMEA): Supporting regional sales leaders through planning, forecasting, and pipeline governance with an accent on operational excellence and data-driven insights. Focus on managing CRM data hygiene, territory alignment, and optimizing go-to-market workflows to drive revenue outcomes in a fast-paced environment.

What you will do

• Support EMEA Sales leadership with weekly forecast reviews and pipeline inspections.
• Build and maintain dashboards in CRM and BI tools to monitor sales performance and pipeline health.
• Ensure CRM data hygiene and enforce standardized pipeline management practices across the region.
• Assist in quarterly planning cycles including target tracking and territory alignment.
• Partner with Finance to ensure revenue visibility and reporting alignment.
• Identify process gaps and document GTM workflows and internal playbooks.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Business Operations, or consulting.
• Hands‑on experience with Salesforce or HubSpot.
• Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and SQL for data analysis.
• Strong experience managing forecasting processes and pipeline reporting.
• Ability to collaborate cross‑functionally and manage multiple priorities.
• Must be based in the EMEA region to support regional sales leadership.
