Hamburg - Store Manager

For our new NZA New Zealand Auckland Brand Store we are looking for a commercial and enthusiastic STORE MANAGER . The new store will open in September 2025.

If you have the "spirit of adventure", you are commercial and customer service is your top priority, then we would like to get to know you.

As STORE MANAGER you and the team are responsible for achieving the set targets and KPIs of your store. You are independent, have a great sense of responsibility and like to get the most out of yourself and your team. You lead in a natural and motivating way, so you know exactly what your team needs to perform. You are service-oriented, have an eye for details and loyal to the brand. You are pro‑active and think in solutions.

Essential aspects of the function:

• Obviously selling.
• Monitor costs and store activities, such as inventory management, wage costs, administration and work schedules.
• Analyze the commercial data and take the appropriate measures to achieve the KPIs.
• Help with team training and share product knowledge.
• Motivate, advise and lead the store team to offer excellent customer service.
