Hardware Developer Test Systems (m/f/d) – Full time | permanent | starting immediately | Hartmannsdorf

We develop test systems for complex electronics and support their implementation from the initial concept through to production. This role involves designing, developing, and integrating hardware test systems and related software for modern telecommunications.

Responsibilities

• Development and definition of test systems for functional testing of complex circuits, assemblies, and devices in the telecommunications sector
• Creation of test concepts as well as specification and development of test equipment and test software
• Development, integration, and transfer of test systems into production
• Support, monitoring, and evaluation of tests in manufacturing
• Execution and documentation of device and qualification tests
• Development and implementation of boundary scan applications
• Programming of controllers and test-related software (e.g., C++, Python, or C#)
• Close collaboration with development, production, and quality assurance to continuously improve test processes

Qualifications

• Successfully completed degree (university or university of applied sciences) in electrical engineering, telecommunications engineering, or a comparable field
• Experience in the development of test systems or test solutions for electronic assemblies
• Knowledge of NI TestStand and programming languages such as C++, Python, C#, or similar
• Experience working with databases and standard development tools such as Jira, Confluence, Office, or Visual Studio
• Structured, analytical, and solution-oriented way of working
• Team player with enthusiasm for interdisciplinary collaboration in a development environment
• Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken
