Hardware / Field Support Technician

We are seeking a Hardware / Field Support Technician professional to join our team.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands‑on support for hardware installations, upgrades, and troubleshooting at user locations.
• Maintain accurate asset inventories and oversee equipment lifecycle processes.
• Deliver technical support for meeting rooms, including audiovisual (AV) systems and conferencing technology.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in IT field support or desktop support environments.
• Strong expertise in hardware diagnostics, repairs, and device deployment.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Autopilot and Intune for device provisioning and management.
• Experience using inventory and asset management systems; SAP knowledge is considered an advantage.
• EU citizenship is required.
• English proficiency at C1/C2 level is required.
