  • Lead and develop a team of real estate professionals (e.g., project, asset, and transaction managers), while supporting strategic topics such as site selection, workspace concepts, reporting, and transaction management (lease, purchase, disposal).

What You Bring

  • Long-term professional experience in Corporate Real Estate (CRE) management with a strong focus on project and construction management, combined with a solid educational background (Bachelor’s or MBA in Real Estate Management or similar; project management certification is a plus).
  • Deep expertise in CRE, including asset and property management, leasing, portfolio optimization, and construction management, with strong technical knowledge of building systems, processes, and regulatory requirements.
  • Strong financial acumen with proven experience in business case evaluation, financial modelling, budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and performance reporting at global and/or regional level.
