Your mission

• Management : Working closely with senior management and providing support with commercial and strategic decisions based on sound financial data.
• Financial Accounting : Operational responsibility for coordinating and further developing our financial accounting processes, as well as ensuring they run smoothly.
• Financial Planning : Responsibility for cash flow planning, budgeting and forecasting as the basis for sustainable corporate management.
• Reporting : Preparation of meaningful reports, key performance indicators and business analyses for the management team.
• Analysis : Analysing financial indicators and deriving concrete recommendations for action to further develop the company.
• Process optimisation : Continuous optimisation and digitalisation of commercial processes, as well as the further development of efficient workflows.
• Interface management : Close collaboration with tax advisers, auditors, banks and other external partners.
• Business development : Actively helping to shape our growth strategy and further developing the commercial division.

Skills

• Qualifications : A successfully completed degree or equivalent qualification in finance, accounting or business administration.
• Professional experience : Several years’ professional experience in accounting, financial accounting or a comparable commercial role.
• Financial acumen : A strong understanding of business contexts, as well as experience in financial planning and reporting.
• Analytical thinking : A structured and solution-oriented approach to work, combined with a strong aptitude for numbers.
• Hands-on approach: A willingness to take on responsibility, contribute to day-to-day operations and actively drive change.
• System skills : Confident use of ERP systems and very good knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
