Head of AI - Private Equity Backed Professional Services

Camino Search is currently partnering with a mid-market private equity fund hiring for a Head of AI to work with one of their professional services portfolio companies.

This individual will design a robust AI strategy, including implementing proper governance, and identify the use cases with the highest ROI.

You will mobilise the transformation programmes to deliver AI solutions moving beyond pure automation and efficiency gains to real value creation.

Paying up to €170,000 base salary plus €30,000 bonus.

Required Experience:

• Proven track record delivering Generative and/or Agentic AI transformations.
• Experience developing AI strategies and governance practices.
• Strong background in broader digital, technology, and data transformation, with an excellent understanding of effective change management.
• Experience in private equity backed environments, ideally in B2B services or consulting sectors.
