Head of BI, Data Governance & Digital Transformation (d/f/m)

In this role you will lead and grow an international Finance/BI team to drive data-driven decision making and continuous improvement. You will steer digital transformation initiatives, shape the analytics roadmap, and own the global SAP BPC platform to enable reporting, planning and forecasting. You will establish data governance and partner with stakeholders across functions to elevate finance capabilities and strategic insights. This is a hands-on, leadership role at scale with a focus on impact, collaboration, and forward-looking finance solutions.

• Lead continuous improvement and innovation for Henkel's global Finance community
• Shape the future of Finance analytics and define the analytics roadmap
• Own and enhance Henkel's global SAP BPC application for reporting, planning, forecasting
• Establish data governance standards, policies, and controls across finance
• Identify strategically relevant areas to advance digital capabilities
• Prepare executive analyses and decision briefings for senior leadership

• 7+ years in finance, controlling and BI, including BI solution implementation and ongoing development
• Leadership and project management experience in cross-functional, international teams
• Strong BI expertise including SAP BPC, SAP SEM-BCS, Power BI, Power Query, Dataflows, and tabular data models
• Proven ability to translate complex data into strategic insights
• Analytical mindset with a hands-on, results-driven approach
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication/presentation skills
• Fluent English; German is a plus
