Head of Brand

Responsibilities

• You are responsible for the overall picture: brand, organic marketing, social media, and community all come together under your leadership
• You develop the brand strategy that makes yummy the #1 ready-meal love brand — with "Instant" as technology and "Real Food. Now." at its core
• You build a community that is passionate about yummy and our mission
• You produce content that truly engages: organic, long‑lasting, viral
• You think of brand and paid as one system, not two separate departments
• You know how to turn faces into brands. Founder visibility is a fixed part of your plan
• You spot trends before they become trends
• You will build your own team over the long term

Requirements

• Several years of experience in brand marketing or social media in a dynamic environment
• Proven track record of building brands and communities, not just maintaining them
• Strong command of content and social strategies; PR experience is a plus
• You have led people or are confident in your ability to build and develop a team
• You think strategically but are hands-on
• You are passionate about healthy nutrition, food innovation, and startup culture
