Head of Business Continuity Manager (m/w/d)

As the Business Continuity Manager Germany, you will lead the BCM program design and rollout for the ADS Division in designated countries. You will report to senior leadership and align with global stakeholders to safeguard assets, reputation, and continuity through planning, training, and incident management. You will drive a mature, ISO 22301-certified BCM system and oversee external partners to ensure readiness across functions. This role offers strategic impact in a highly regulated, security-focused environment in collaboration with cross-functional teams.

• Define and drive the BCM program across designated countries, from greenfield to mature operation
• Lead BIAs, develop localized business continuity plans, and ensure integration with ERM
• Achieve and maintain ISO 22301 certification and compliance with internal and external standards
• Design and execute comprehensive, scenario-based training and exercises for all staff
• Manage external vendors and cross-functional teams involved in BCM deployment
• Provide expert incident support and conduct post-incident evaluations for continuous improvement
• Develop and maintain BCM documentation and a country-specific BCM Risk Profile

• 5–7 years’ experience in Business Continuity Management, Risk Management, or related field
• Proven program management experience implementing country-level BCM initiatives
• Direct BIA experience and development of localized BC plans
• Leadership or mentoring experience in small teams or cross-functional projects
• Analytical skills and practical understanding of risk assessments and BCM policy execution
• Strong communication and stakeholder liaison abilities
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Risk Management, or related field
• Certifications such as ISO 22301 Lead Implementer or ISO 27001 preferred
