• Build strong partnerships with MAN Truck & Bus and other stakeholders across TFS
• Shape and execute the MFS finance strategy aligned with TFS
• Lead annual and long-term planning, budgeting, forecasting and performance reporting
• Contribute to the development of the TFS global Financial and Risk Steering Model with KPIs and standard processes
• Act as a trusted financial partner providing insights for strategic decisions
• Lead and develop a high-performing team supporting portfolio development and growth
• Prepare for and participate in MFS Brand Board meetings and TFS finance committees
• Represent MFS in management forums on key financial topics across the Group

• Master's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics or related field
• 10 - 15 years of relevant professional experience, preferably in Financial Services
• Strong expertise in Business Controlling, financial planning, performance management, reporting and financial steering
• Proven leadership experience in an international, matrix organization
• Strong business acumen with ability to translate insights into decisions
• Extensive stakeholder-management experience with senior leaders across functions, countries and levels
• Experience navigating dynamic environments and supporting transformation/growth initiatives
• Fluent in English; German language skills are an asset
