Head of Consulting

As Head of SoSafe Consulting, you will shape and lead our strategic value-add consulting practice focused on turning human risk insights into measurable risk reductions. You’ll operationalize a maturity-model-based service catalog, drive a differentiating consulting methodology, and lead high-impact engagements with executive leaders. This role blends hands-on delivery with team leadership, cross-functional alignment, and a strong entrepreneurial mindset to scale our consulting function. You will champion human risk management as a strategic priority across customers and SoSafe.

• Design and implement a scalable consulting methodology rooted in the SoSafe Maturity Model and Strategic Steering approach
• Define and operationalize the consulting service catalog and delivery model
• Lead from the front with key accounts, delivering strategic advisory sessions
• Mentor and develop the consulting team to ensure consistent excellence
• Advocate for human risk management in executive discussions and align on strategic value
• Bridge field feedback with Product and Marketing to optimize offerings
• Collaborate with Sales and Customer Success to position consulting as a core value-add
• Manage the consulting function with a commercial lens to support retention and expansion

• 8+ years in Security Consulting, Risk Management, or related cybersecurity leadership
• Proven track record advising enterprise-level organizations on security posture
• Ability to translate conceptual frameworks into repeatable services
• Executive-level communication and credibility with CISOs, Boards, and senior Risk Officers
• Deep understanding of human risk and behavioral science
• Strong analytical skills to demonstrate ROI and progress against benchmarks
• Experience partnering with Sales and Customer Success to position services
• Leadership and team-building experience in professional services or cybersecurity environments
