About the role...

This is a role for someone who understands how to turn customer insights, compelling storytelling and performance data into creative that drives genuine commercial growth.

You'll lead creative strategy across paid acquisition, developing concepts, hooks, scripts and new creative angles, while building a structured approach to testing and scaling high-performing content.

What you'll be doing day to day...

• Lead creative strategy across paid acquisition, developing concepts, hooks, scripts and new creative angles.
• Use customer research, audience insights and performance data to identify opportunities.
• Develop a structured approach to testing, learning and scaling high-performing creative.
• Work closely with designers, editors, creators and production teams to bring ideas to life.
• Build creative frameworks, processes and asset libraries to support consistent output.
• Collaborate with growth and marketing teams to ensure creative supports acquisition and commercial objectives.

About you...

This role would suit someone who combines creative thinking with commercial awareness and understands how effective creative influences customer acquisition.

What we're looking for...

• Experience in creative strategy, performance creative or direct-response marketing, ideally within DTC, wellness, beauty or consumer brands.
• Strong copywriting and storytelling skills, with the ability to develop compelling hooks, concepts and scripts.
• Understanding of paid social creative, particularly Meta.
• Experience working with editors, designers, creators or production teams.
• A data-led approach to creative testing and performance analysis.
• A proactive mindset and confidence working in a fast-moving business.
