Head of CS, DACH

As Head of CSM for DACH, you lead a seasoned CSM team to drive adoption, retention and expansion among Enterprise customers. You will partner with regional Sales and cross-functional peers to optimize processes, forecast health and revenues, and strengthen executive relationships. You’ll push AI-driven improvements and scalable practices to support a fast-growing, global customer base. You contribute to a collaborative, inclusive culture and help shape Miro’s customer success strategy in the DACH market. • Coach and lead the DACH CSM team
• Collaborate with Sales and CX teams to improve CLV via product adoption, health scores, retention and expansion
• Maintain data hygiene and key health indicators for accounts
• Own team revenue and health forecasting
• Develop executive relationships with key portfolio accounts
• Drive continuous innovation through AI transformation and scalable processes/assets

• 5+ years of management experience leading High Touch CSM or similar in a high-growth B2B SaaS org
• 2 years in Consulting
• Fluent in German
• Experience hiring, training, and enabling CSMs with consultative selling
• Strong CS norms, processes, and KPIs understanding
• Excellent communication and cross-functional relationship-building at executive level
• Strong problem-solving in fast-paced environments
• Knowledge of AI transformation, Enterprise SaaS, and collaboration tech
• Hands-on contributor with data-driven mindset
