As Head of E,I&C, you will take ownership of the entire Electrical, Instrumentation & Control discipline across large-scale industrial projects.

This is a strategic leadership role combining technical excellence, team development, and project execution.

What you’ll do:

• Build, lead, and develop a high-performing E,I&C engineering team
• Drive technical excellence across all E,I&C deliverables
• Oversee engineering standards, specifications, and design guidelines
• Manage discipline resources, budgets, schedules, and project priorities
• Ensure compliance with IEC, VDE, ATEX, and industry regulations
• Lead collaboration with EPC/EPCm partners, suppliers, and contractors
• Integrate E,I&C solutions seamlessly with Process, Mechanical, and Construction teams
• Support the delivery of cutting‑edge industrial facilities

What we’re looking for:

• Degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation, Instrumentation, or related discipline
• 15+ years of E,I&C engineering experience within chemical, oil & gas, energy, power generation, mining, or other large industrial facilities
• Strong expertise in DCS, PLC, SIS, medium‑voltage systems, and industrial instrumentation
• Deep understanding of IEC 61511, IEC 61131, IEC 60079 (ATEX/Ex), VDE standards
• Proven experience leading multidisciplinary engineering teams in EPC/EPCm project environments
• Ability to drive technical decisions and engage effectively with stakeholders, contractors, and suppliers
