Head of Engineering (bioprocessing)

We are currently partnered with a premium service provider in the bioprocessing space who are in growth mode and following a successful period, are investing into expanding their operational capabilities as well as their leadership team.

As part of their personnel investment, they are now seeking a head of engineering to oversee the engineering team (40 FTE's) who will provide strategic, hands on leadership and develop the engineering function in line with organisational growth.

Responsibilities:

• Lead as a member of the operations committee, providing high level leadership
• Work closely with the other functions to drive operational excellence
• Ensure GMP compliant operations for engineering services and related systems
• Oversee engineering budget, projects and overall function

Requirements:

• Masters degree in engineering or related life sciences discipline
• 10+ years of engineering experience within a GMP environment
• Strong understanding of bioprocessing and regulated environments
• Fluent in English as a minimum, with proficiency in German preferred
