Head of Founder Office

Deine Mission

• You build and run the Founders Office as a trusted partner to the founders, taking full ownership of company-wide projects
• You take ownership not just of projects, but of how the company runs: cross-functional initiatives, founder priorities, and the connective tissue between teams
• You're as comfortable designing a process as you are personally executing it, scaling your own role out of existence as the company grows

Dein Profil

• You bring either 2-4 years of experience in a fast-paced start-up / scale-up environment, consulting, investment banking or VC, and/or at least 2 years of experience founding and running your own company
• You have strong analytical and problem-solving skills paired with a proactive, hands‑on mindset
• You communicate fluently in both English and German, written and verbal, and can convey complex ideas concisely to different audiences
• You thrive in a dynamic, rapidly changing environment and are a self‑starter with a high sense of ownership, strong work ethic, entrepreneurial mindset and the ability to work independently
• You are passionate about contributing to our goal of energy‑efficient buildings and a sustainable future
