Head of FP&A (SaaS)

We’re partnering with a high-growth SaaS business to hire an FP&A Lead. This is a key role working closely with senior leadership to drive financial planning, insight, and scalable reporting across the business.

This business has gone through rapid scaling and internationalisation as they look to centralise FP&A through new tooling!

This role will require international travel on a weekly basis! (expenses covered)

The Role

• Own budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning
• Build and improve financial models (ARR, churn, CAC, LTV)
• Deliver clear, actionable insights to the exec team
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Product on performance and investment decisions
• Lead KPI reporting and board pack preparation
• Improve systems, processes, and data quality as the business scales

What We’re Looking For

• Proven FP&A experience in a SaaS or subscription-based business
• Strong commercial mindset with the ability to influence stakeholders
• Advanced Excel / financial modelling skills
• Experience with SaaS metrics (ARR, MRR, churn, unit economics)
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
