Overview

In this senior HR leadership role, you will steer the HR/People Strategy and shape how HR supports business goals across a global matrix organization. You’ll design the HR Operating Model and lead strategic HR initiatives, including M&A workstreams and budgeting for the HR function. You will act as a trusted advisor to the CHRO and senior stakeholders, driving cross-functional, high-impact people programs. This is an opportunity to influence how Schaeffler attracts, develops and aligns talent with the company’s growth and innovation agenda.

Verantwortungsbereiche

Lead development, steering, and implementation of the HR/People Strategy
Design and implement the HR Operating Model aligned with business strategy
Manage the strategic HR project portfolio with prioritization and execution
Contribute to strategic HR projects across the Schaeffler Group
Drive planning, budgeting, and forecasting for the HR strategy area
Lead and coordinate the HR workstream in corporate M&A activities
Serve as a trusted strategic advisor and sparring partner for the CHRO and senior stakeholders

Zentrale Anforderungen

University degree or equivalent qualification
Extensive senior HR management experience
Experience in HR Strategy, HR transformation, and project management
Experience in HR Operating Model design and implementation
Strong capability to manage in a global matrix organization
Strong interpersonal, integrative, and communication skills
Ability to influence senior stakeholders in an international environment
Visionary mindset linking business goals with people strategies and operating models
Very good command of English; additional languages are advantageous
