Head of Industrialization (f/m) – Automotive electronics for E-Mobility

In this senior leadership role you drive industrialization and manufacturing across global partner networks to enable fast-growing automotive electronics production. You will align production strategy with engineering and the management board, lead cross-functional teams, and oversee supplier quality management to improve quality and cost. You’ll shape and monitor KPIs, execute audits and benchmarking, and report manufacturing status to the CEO. This position offers strategic influence, international scope, and hands-on leadership to scale operations.

• Lead and develop the industrialization & production management team and the supplier quality management team
• Define and execute the production strategy in coordination with engineering and the management board
• Act as the main interface to global production partners and manage the partner network
• Plan and drive audit and benchmarking campaigns; monitor partner performance on quality and cost
• Negotiate frame contracts, monitor KPIs, project timelines and commercial targets
• Report manufacturing status to the CEO and management board

• Degree in E/E, Mechatronics, Physics or equivalent
• Several years of experience in electronics industrialization and manufacturing management; EMS-suppliers experience preferred
• Profound technical knowledge of electronics manufacturing technologies and processes
• Ideally VDA 6.3 certification and IATF-16949 knowledge
• Strong commercial management skills and entrepreneurial thinking
• Self-motivated, open-minded, team-player with excellent communication and presentation skills
• Willingness to travel internationally
