Head of Infrastructure

We are a rapidly scaling technology company transforming how goods move through global delivery networks. Our mission is to empower logistics companies with modern infrastructure that enhances real time routing, parcel visibility, and delivery efficiency. We’re looking for a Head of Infrastructure to lead the evolution of our platform and support teams as we expand across Europe and beyond.

What you will do

You’ll lead our growing infrastructure function, driving system reliability, cloud scalability, and operational excellence across the organization. This is a senior leadership role with both strategic and hands on responsibilities, working closely with product, backend, and security teams.

Responsibilities

• Build and lead a high performing team focused on infrastructure, DevOps, and reliability
• Develop and execute long term strategies for platform stability, scalability, and performance
• Architect and maintain high availability systems handling millions of delivery events per day
• Oversee deployment pipelines, monitoring tools, and disaster recovery protocols
• Shape our approach to containerization, cloud infrastructure, and automation
• Stay hands on in solving production issues and contributing to architecture discussions

What we are looking for

• Proven experience leading infrastructure or platform engineering teams
• Expertise in cloud architecture and container orchestration tools like Kubernetes
• Experience designing CI/CD pipelines and implementing robust monitoring systems
• Deep understanding of distributed systems and cloud native infrastructure
• Strong decision making and problem solving skills in complex technical environments
• Passion for enabling fast moving product teams with reliable and scalable systems
