Head of Market Controlling (m/f/d)

In this role you drive the financial direction of SIG, leading market Controlling and FP&A to enable strategic, profitable growth. You will partner with senior leadership, providing forward‑looking financial perspectives and value‑driven recommendations. You work closely with the Director Sales Europe and the European Leadership Team to maintain commercial focus and financial discipline. • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Finance with a strong FP&A and controlling focus
• Proven leadership experience managing regional or multinational finance teams in a matrix organization
• Strong understanding of market dynamics
