Head of Marketing – Data & AI (m/f/d)

Tasks

We’re looking for a marketing leader who can turn deep technical capability into a story the market understands and wants; is as comfortable shaping a brand as building a team and running a data-driven plan.

• What you will be doing:
  Scale and Lead the Marketing Hub
  
  • Grow and coach a team across brand, content, social, digital, and product marketing; with honest feedback, clear standards, and structured ways of working.
  • Define roles, collaboration models, and processes that scale with a fast-growing organization.
  Own zeroG’s Brand & Positioning
  
  • Continuously develop the brand identity; logo, value propositions, and visual language (online and offline) that position zeroG as an AI and data partner for aviation organizations globally.
  • Keep positioning sharp and consistent as the company and its portfolio grow.

Requirements

• Marketing Leadership: 8+ years in marketing, communications, or go-to-market, with a proven track record of building and scaling a function. You’ve built a brand, grown a team, and know the difference between activity and impact.
• Brand & Storytelling Craft: You turn complex, technical capability into clear positioning and stories that land; with executives, engineers, and the market alike.
• Builder’s Mindset: You write the playbook, you don’t follow one. You see what’s missing, design something that works, and bring others along without overcomplicating it.
• People-First Leadership: You lead with warmth and hold high standards. Your team feels trusted, coached, and clear on where they’re going.
