Responsibilities

Overall responsibility for order processing - from order receipt to timely delivery

• Disciplinary and professional leadership and development of your team
• Ensuring compliance with national and international customs and trade regulations
• Assuming the role of customs and export control officer
• Strategic development of the order processing department (organization, processes, systems)
• Advising and supporting our international subsidiaries on customs and export control issues
• Professional interface management with sales, planning, production, logistics, customers, and authorities
• Planning and conducting training and inductions in German and English

Requirements

• Completed studies in business administration, logistics, customs, or a related field
• Several years of experience in customs, export control, and international order processing
• Excellent knowledge of customs, foreign trade, and trade regulations
• Proven leadership experience and enjoyment of developing employees
• Fluent communication in German and English
• Structured work approach, sense of responsibility, assertiveness, and strategic thinking
