You will lead the development and execution of a centralized patient care manufacturing strategy. The role sits at the intersection of global manufacturing, process standardization, and cross-functional delivery to support ottobock.care. You drive the transition from local, heterogeneous production to a unified global process chain, delivering efficiency and scale. This position offers high impact in shaping manufacturing technology and ensuring seamless product launches across international teams.

• Capture current global patient care production status (resources, tools, processes)
• Identify best-in-class processes, tools, and cost advantages per step/product type
• Determine processes/products to centralize in a dedicated facility
• Develop short/medium/long-term centralized manufacturing strategy and footprint
• Build and extend an integrated production and process chain with required systems/tools
• Harmonize local processes and tools to a global standard per cfab strategy
• Lead technical topics related to production processes and tools across local units
• Collaborate with international development teams for seamless product launches

• Master's degree
• ≥8 years in a medical device manufacturing facility
• Experience setting up and operating centralized production
• Deep knowledge of batch size 1 production processes and tools
• Strategic, persuasive, and assertive mindset
• Numerate with strong data/metrics skills
• Excellent German and English skills
