Head of People

• As we continue to scale rapidly across Europe and beyond, our People & Culture function plays a critical role in building strong leadership, high-performing teams, and a unified company culture across borders
• Skeleton’s People & Office department is looking for a driven and experienced
• You will define and execute our data‑driven People & Culture strategy “Top Performer” across multiple locations
• You will be as a strategic partner to leaders and a hands‑on HR leader who uses people data and insights to guide decisions, measure impact, and continuously improve how we scale
• You will further be involved in the following areas:
• Lead and develop People, Talent Acquisition and Office teams across locations, ensuring strong collaboration and consistency
• Use people analytics and KPIs to improve performance, engagement and retention
• Translate business needs and HR trends into long-term, insight-led people plans and OKRs
• Drive high-performance culture, employer branding, and change initiatives
• Oversee People Operations, labor relations, employee experience, talent development
• Ensure compliant and lean HR processes
• Act as a trusted advisor and coach to managers

Requirements

• Proven experience leading HR across multiple countries
• Fluent in German and English
• Senior HR leadership experience in a fast-growing, international environment
• Strong data-driven mindset and experience with people analytics
• Confidence partnering with senior leaders; hands‑on and pragmatic approach
• Strong knowledge of German labor law and employee relations; legal background or close legal collaboration is a major plus
