Head of PR – Europe & LATAM

About the Role

Korn Ferry is partnering with TVS Motor Company to hire an experienced Head of PR - Europe and LATAM to establish and lead its public relations function across European markets. This is a strategic and hands-on role responsible for building brand visibility, shaping corporate and product narratives, and driving impactful communications programs across the region. A key focus of the role will be leading PR strategy and execution for major industry events, including EICMA.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the European and LATAM PR strategy aligned with business and communications objectives
• Drive communications for product launches and brand campaigns across European markets
• Build and manage relationships with leading European and LATAM media across automotive, business, lifestyle, and trade sectors.
• Lead proactive and reactive media engagement, interviews, thought leadership, and reputation management activities.
• Own the end-to-end PR strategy for EICMA, including media relations, press conferences, executive communications, and event visibility.
• Manage external PR agencies and coordinate cross-functional initiatives with marketing, business, and global communications teams.
• Establish scalable PR processes, governance, and reporting frameworks for Europe.

Key requirements

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• 10-15+ years of experience in Public Relations, Corporate Communication, Product PR and Media.
• Strong experience working across multiple European and international countries,
• with a preference for the LATAM Region.
• Background in automotive, mobility, MTB Industry, Luxury yacht industry or premium
• consumer brands preferred.
• Proven success managing large-scale events, product launches, and high-profile
• communications initiatives.
• Excellent media relations, stakeholder management, and storytelling skills.
• Ability to combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
