Our client is a mid-sized manufacturing company operating within the Solar Industry in India. They have a capacity of 10GW manufacturing and wants to expand the capacity to 15 GW and also backward integrate to even produce Ingots in couple of years. It is well-established and known for its focus on advanced technologies and high-quality production processes across multiple sites they have in India.

• Lead and oversee all process engineering activities within the cell/module manufacturing unit.
• Develop and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and product quality.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of new technologies.
• Monitor and analyse production data to identify areas for optimisation.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and manufacturing regulations.
• Provide technical guidance and support to the engineering team.
• Develop strategies to minimise waste and reduce production costs.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in the semi-conductor industry

A successful Head of Process Engineering- Cell Or Module should have:

• A degree in engineering or a related field.
