Head of Product Management Cell Therapy Solutions (ATS) (x|f|m) 

In this role you will define and drive the product strategy for the Advanced Therapies Solutions cluster, aligning with company objectives to deliver sustainable growth. You will lead cross-functional collaboration with Product Development, Operations, Sales and Marketing to meet customer needs and advance health outcomes. Expect ownership of portfolio performance, innovation, and senior stakeholder engagement in a fast-paced, global setting. • Develop and implement the product strategy for the assigned cluster with clear prioritization and sustainable growth
• Drive cross-functional collaboration to execute strategy and maximize business impact
• Present and align with senior leadership on strategy, performance, and opportunities
• Define, monitor and review portfolio and business KPIs, and implement improvements
• Lead and develop a Product Management team, ensuring lifecycle accountability and high performance
• Conduct regular business reviews to assess customer needs and opportunities for continuous improvement
• Coordinate with Operations to ensure visibility of priorities and alignment across the value chain
• Leverage market insights and new technologies to identify unmet needs and growth opportunities
• Drive cross-functional innovation and validate customer value propositions
• Prioritize portfolio planning with a Sartorius-first mindset to maximize long-term value

• Master’s degree in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Biomedical Engineering, Business, Marketing or related field; MBA strongly desired
• Extensive experience in Life Sciences with a proven track record in product management and people leadership
• Strong leadership ability to align diverse stakeholders around priorities
• Excellent understanding of the advanced therapies market, including cell therapy customer segments and workflows
• Analytical, strategic thinking, problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Exceptional communication and networking skills with senior stakeholders
• Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
