About Your Team

The Proposition Management team drives the creation and evolution of investment solutions and digital journeys for advisers and retail investors in Germany. In a dynamic environment, you will collaborate to rethink the status quo and deliver meaningful innovation.

About Your Role

As Head of Product, you will own the product shelf for cash, discretionary fund management and pension products. You will shape, deliver and continually improve the portfolio across the build, launch and business‑as‑usual phases, balancing commercial opportunity, customer value, operational readiness and regulatory integrity. You will lead product owners, translate strategy into a clear roadmap, set priorities, and ensure scalable, client‑centric solutions.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Lead product owners and the product roadmap
• Drive strategic development of new and existing offerings for advisers and end investors
• Conduct market and competitor analysis, support user research and testing initiatives
• Manage product and project lifecycles from idea to design, implementation and launch
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure alignment and timely delivery
• Oversee product governance, coordinate incident resolution and support regulatory compliance
• Monitor business KPIs and help shape roadmaps and forward‑looking planning

About You

You have proven experience owning and delivering complex digital investment or financial‑services products in a regulated environment. You bring strong product leadership, clear commercial judgement and the ability to make decisions in ambiguous, high‑impact situations. You are comfortable operating across business, operations and technology, translating regulatory and operational requirements into a compelling, scalable customer proposition. You combine strategic thinking with hands‑on execution and have a track record of leading cross‑functional teams through build, launch and continuous improvement. Experience in retirement, pension, platform or wealth propositions is highly valuable.
