Head of Programme Management (m/f/d) - Bank Transformation

As a Partner in SAP Fioneer’s Bank Transformation Program Management, you will lead major banking transformation programs and steer high-profile initiatives. You will engage with C-level executives to design and deliver strategies that align with client goals, driving growth and transformation. You’ll work with cross-functional teams to provide innovative, regulatory-compliant solutions that enhance client offerings. This role offers influence over the digital future of financial services in a collaborative, innovative environment.

• Lead end-to-end delivery of banking transformation projects aligned with client objectives
• Build and manage relationships with C-level stakeholders to tailor transformation solutions
• Oversee program governance, risk management, and quality assurance with regulatory alignment
• Contribute thought leadership to strengthen SAP Fioneer’s position in bank transformation
• Collaborate with technology, finance, and operations teams to deliver innovative client solutions
• Monitor industry trends to inform program strategy and execution
• Engage in strategic engagements and early project phases with consultative selling approach
• Support shaping the digital future of financial services in a collaborative environment

• 10+ years experience in consultancies, banks, and/or software companies with focus on commercial/corporate banking
• Deep expertise in corporate banking, global transaction banking, cash management and payments; strong understanding of technology
• Consultative selling approach combined with hands-on project execution experience
• Experience with SAP banking products is a strong plus
• Strong business acumen, entrepreneurial spirit, and interpersonal skills
• Excellent written and verbal English; German is a plus
