Head of Climate Protection Projects - Renewable Energy/ Carbon Markets/ International Project Development Interested in using your existing network to indentify new projects, cooperation partners, and technology suppliers, build a project pipeline, and continue our growth trajectory. As Head of Climate Protection Projects, you'll take full ownership of the strategic growth and execution of international project portfolio, helping scale impactful climate initiatives that directly contribute to global emissions reduction targets. The Role:

You’ll lead the development and expansion of renewable energy and climate protection projects globally, leveraging your network to identify new project opportunities, technology providers, and strategic partners. Working closely with the Technical Director and reporting directly to senior leadership, you’ll oversee project development, financing, implementation, and long-term operational success across multiple international markets. You’ll manage and support teams both in Germany and internationally, ensuring projects are delivered successfully from both a commercial and environmental perspective, while maintaining compliance with international carbon certification standards such as CDM and Gold Standard.

Ideally, you'll have a combination of:

Experience in developing, delivering, and leading renewable energy or climate protection projects. Leadership expereince managing international or cross-functional teams. Strong network across renewable energy technology providers and project developers. Strong expertise in developing, delivering, and leading renewable energy or climate protection projects. Strong academic background in Engineering, Renewable Energy, Natural Sciences.
