Head of Quality Control

We are supporting an up and coming Biopharmaceutical company, as they go through a huge period of growth. The company has a number of Biological products they are manufacturing for supply across the globe. As they ramp up their operations in Germany, they are seeking an experienced QC leader, to help build and develop the team.

The Role

As a Head of QC, you will play a key role in the oversight of key projects for this company, leading a team of QC professionals, having autonomy over hires at different levels, and spearheading Global validation and qualification activities, and Tech Transfer processes.

Responsibilities

• Disciplinary leadership of Quality Control Employees.
• Assessing and developing improvement methods within the QC area.
• Develop and train internal employees on key procedures.
• Evaluate all Stability studies and protocol requirements.
• Leading International technology transfer processes.
• Leading Qualification and Validation activities.

Requirements

• 6+ Years experience in Quality role in the pharma/biotech industry.
