Head of Quality Management Plant Linnich (m/w/d)

In this role you will lead the Linnich site’s quality function and drive a proactive quality culture aligned with SIG’s sustainability and customer-centric mission. You’ll develop and sustain integrated management systems, guide cross-functional teams, and push continuous improvement across quality, environment, product safety, health & safety, and energy. You will closely collaborate with customers and audit bodies to ensure compliance and long-term satisfaction. This is a strategic, hands-on leadership position at a globally active packaging solutions company.

• Develop and mentor a high-performing quality team and foster engagement
• Shift the site’s quality culture from reactive to proactive
• Improve quality-related processes sustainably and scale best practices across Linnich
• Advance integrated management systems (Quality, Environment, Product Safety, Health & Safety, Energy) to meet customer and international standards
• Identify, evaluate, and implement production improvements with standardized processes
• Ensure achievement of departmental KPIs and site quality targets
• Plan and conduct internal and external audits for quality and product safety
• Collaborate with customers to investigate and resolve complaints and enhance long-term satisfaction

• Bachelor in Engineering
• 5+ years of leadership experience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills across organizational levels
• Strong leadership of cross-functional teams
• Results-oriented with ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Good IT proficiency including Microsoft Office
• Fluent German and English
