Head of Reporting & Planning

You lead, develop, and inspire the Reporting & Planning team.
You are responsible for meaningful management reports and translate complex financial data into clear decisions.
You manage budget, forecast, and planning processes—proactively, data-driven, and on an international scale.
You analyze variances, derive concrete recommendations for action, and optimize financial performance.
You design modern, efficient financial processes and improve collaboration between Finance and the business units.
You drive digitalization, automation, and the sensible application of AI in the finance function.
You work closely with international stakeholders and cross-disciplinary teams.

Requirements

Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance & Controlling, or a comparable qualification
Several years of professional and leadership experience in reporting, planning, controlling, or analytics—ideally in an international growth environment
Experience in international, cross-functional projects, e.g., group consolidation
Excellent knowledge of SAP FI/CO as well as reporting and data visualization tools
Strong analytical skills, quality awareness, and a hands‑on mentality
Enjoyment in intelligently further developing established processes
Confident communication in German and English—even in an international stakeholder environment
